**Processing & Shipping**
Once a tracking number is generated, an email will be sent out and your order will be shipped.
Orders placed on NoriNewYork.com will be shipped via USPS standard (2-5 days).
USPS may experience their own delays once your package is in their possession. Please contact us at contact@nori.newyork.com for further assistance if your parcel tracking has not updated.
**PLEASE NOTE: Processing & shipment are separate time frames.
Return Policy
All orders are FINAL SALE. To ensure the quality of our pieces and safety of our customers, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Processing:
Orders will take 2-3 business days to process and will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the purchase date. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day (Monday/Tuesday). An email will be sent to confirm a tracking number.
Orders that cannot be processed will be notified via email and will be delayed until payment information is verified.
Custom Orders:
Please allow up to 3 weeks after the purchase date to receive your package. Customers will be updated via email on the status of orders.
Shipping:
Orders placed on NoriNewYork.com will be shipped via USPS Standard (2-5 business days). Please note that due to the current climate, USPS may experience their own delays with your package.

Nori New York LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We urge our customers to provide correct/full addresses and to monitor your tracking to avoid carrier issues. Please refer to order emails for tracking number and delivery updates.
